Impact
- Trained 90 women in turmeric and sal leaf value chains
- Established a turmeric processing and packaging unit at Chundri village
- Facilitated credit linkages exceeding ₹29 lakh through SHGs, JLGs, and individual loans
- Generated employment across cultivation, processing, stitching, manufacturing, and marketing
- Conducted exposure visits to Odisha for learning successful value chain models
- Achieved 100% settlement and enterprise continuation among trained participants
- Increased participant incomes by 15–25%
- Expanded market access to retailers, hotels, wholesalers, and institutional buyers across multiple districts
